If your field has good refs who actually listen to their players and watch for people being jerks, by all means get a couple of people to back you up and report them. If your field owners are money-grubbers who won't throw ANYONE out no matter what they do, you have 2 choices: leave and surrender the field to the jerks, or play hardball with them and them alone to make them rethink their behavior.
